Counselling can be a challenging, yet profound experience.   It is my goal to provide a space where you can work through the issues you are challenged by or unsure how to navigate.  My focus is giving you room to explore and understand what has brought you to counselling.  In doing this, allow you to figure out what the next step is, assisting you to learn how to ride the waves.
